Thorngate lunch club reopens

Thorngate Lunch Club has reopened!

They have a new team of helpers and a growing number of members, and on Sunday they had a delicious roast beef Sunday dinner.

They took the opportunity to thank and honour the previous team of cooks and helpers. Here you can see photos of Yvonne Goodridge, Hilary Thompson, and Val Austin.

And sang Happy Birthday to Sarah Southam who has just celebrated her 90th birthday.

The next lunch will be held on Friday 22nd April.
