HOW WE ARE FUNDED HAS CHANGED.
GNN is no longer funded by Hampshire County Council, although we continue to work closely with them where we can.
The changes to the funding we receive from 2023 have created significant financial challenges to the Network and while we recalibrate how and what we do, we are currently supported by CSR (Council for Social Responsibility) an independent social action charity connected to the Dioceses of Portsmouth.
We are waiting on a decision regarding our continued funding via the NHS through the ICB,(Integrated Care Board).
We are very grateful to all our funders, past, present and those in the future and thank them for their commitment to the good we provide and their recognition of the importance of the Good Neighbours Network!
BY ANY MEASURE, 4,100 VOLUNTEERS IS A POWERFUL FORCE FOR THE COMMON GOOD.
