Over 100 Good Neighbours across Hampshire and beyond came together for The GNN Annual Event 2024, our first since Covid – the event was sponsored by SGN and was all about POSITIVE ENERGY, something good neighbours generate every day.
Max Prangnell, Director of Communications for the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges (AoMRC) stepped in at the last minutes (as our planned keynote speaker was stricken with, you guessed it Covid) and delivered a vibrant and lively debate around the potential changes to the NHS.
The Home and Well team were there to explain the Positive Energy project in a little more detail, along with like minded organisations who set up stalls creating a market style atmosphere. Bishop Jonathan thanked the volunteers for all that they do and the event finished with some well attended ‘pop up ‘sessions around marketing, funding and the Positive Energy project – and then we all enjoyed a most delicious lunch.
Thank you to all that came, for filling in the questionnaires and for being so actively involved. From the feedback you all felt it was a worth well use of your time and we hope to do something just as valuable in 2025.
A few highlights from the day…
